Kirsha grew up in a family sprinkled with construction contractors. Her passion for details and continuous improvement and growth has led her to help different businesses with diverse backgrounds and in different industries – improve cash flow, save on cots, increase value, reduce waste, revamp strategy and more!! She eventually married a construction engineer who also specializes in electrical engineering and building construction and he is from a family of construction engineers and builders!!. Imagine that construction companies have always been included in her journey through life!!
She has worked with construction and infrastructure projects ranging from construction buildings to infrastructure for equipment and machinery valued at millions of dollars. She understands the importance of the right bid, cost control and effective project management and more!!
She has learnt the importance of listening to construction business owners , understand their pain points and issues –without judging – and work together to implement creative and effective solutions and strategies to result in more cash flowing into their construction businesses. Not only that, but more educating you as the construction business owner we work together to look beyond the numbers to tap into the heart of our business – the processes, the plans, the goals, what is working , what is not working and what can be improved.
She is experienced in health, insurance, utilities, First Nations, service (accommodations, restaurants, golf) industries with a focus on project management, strategic planning, organizational change, financial and cost accounting and reporting. She can leverage financial, sales and operations management to maximize business strategies. Kirsha is very organized, resourceful, committed, solution and goal-oriented with leadership and communication skills and a proven ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. She executes tasks without direction, exhibits good judgement, continuously improves, increases efficiency all with high levels of integrity and quality at all times. She is experienced with Microsoft Office, Platinum, Accpac, Simply Accounting and Great Plains/ERP Systems. She enjoys Systems Implementation and Improvements, Project Management, Inventory Management for improved cost control, Risk Management and Organizational Turnaround and cost reduction strategies, Franchise Management and Operations.
She is committed to building lasting relationships with each client.
She believes in volunteering and community involvement and is currently a board member of the City of Leduc Parks and Recreation and Culture Board. She is a past board member of the Columbia Valley Chamber of Commerce and served as a Financial Agent for the 2013 Provincial General Elections.
